The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Semi-formal attire means dressing polished and elegant. Located in the envelope that you received your invitation, there will be a slip that designates how many seats we have saved for you on our big day. The number of seats we have saved will be your answer to this question!
The venues address is 11895 Dolly Pond Road; Birchwood Tennessee 37308 On your way to this address, there will be signs along the road that lead you to "The Pavilion." There are 2 other venues located at this same address, so it is important that you follow these signs until you have reached the venue marked as "The Pavilion."
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, we ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 3:45 PM or you will miss out on our ceremony.
The ceremony will be located outdoors behind our reception building. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will also be located outdoors on the patio of the building. After cocktail hour, we will move inside of the building for the reception for the remainder of the night.
