FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please respond by January 15th, 2026. This helps us finalize headcounts and arrangements with our vendors.

Question

Can I RSVP online or by mail?

Answer

Either! You can fill out the form on our RSVP page or mail back the card included with your invitation - no need for both.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding?

Answer

We've reserved room blocks at two hotels in Liberty Station, right next door to each other and close to our venue: Homewood Suites - $279/night - Book online or call (800) 225-5466 with group code CBW Courtyard Marriott - $259/night - Book online or call (800) 321-2211 with group code COH To reserve online, see the "Travel Here" page above for links to the hotel room blocks. Both hotels offer complimentary airport shuttles, breakfast options, and are walking distance to Liberty Public Market. Please book by February 28, 2026 to secure the group rate. Parking is $21/night at both properties.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Liberty station is huge, and has ample parking. Try mapping to Sea Hive Station for a really good chance at easy parking near the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We'd love to have you arrive 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony starting!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're going with "cocktail attire" – basically nice but not black-tie fancy. Suits or dress shirts for the guys, and dresses, or jumpsuits for the ladies.

Question

Are ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yep! Everything's happening at BRICK in Liberty Station. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing – no need to travel between venues.

Question

Is there transportation from the hotels?

Answer

Since our recommended hotels are just a 5-minute drive away, we're not providing formal transportation. If you plan on drinking, ride shares like Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful and affordable in this area.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will clearly indicate who is invited. For most guests, we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We adore your little ones, but we're hoping you'll see this as a perfect opportunity for that overdue date night!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if you've been given a plus-one. It's hard to make room for everyone. If you have any questions about this, just reach out to us directly!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The venue is primarily INDOORS, so don't worry! San Diego in late March is typically beautiful – expect daytime temperatures around 65-70°F with cooler evenings dropping to the mid-50s. The cocktail hour is outdoors, so be aware of that . March can occasionally bring light rain showers, but they're usually brief (and considered good luck for a wedding!). Bring a light jacket just in case!

Question

Is there a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes, but it's just for the wedding party and immediate family. If you're invited, you'll receive a separate invitation with all the details.

Question

What about dietary restrictions?

Answer

The menu will include vegetarian options, but please let us know of any specific allergies or dietary needs in your RSVP so we can accommodate you. Dinner will be buffet style!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do! Check out the "Registry" tab on our wedding website. But honestly, your presence is the best present!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're having an "unplugged ceremony," so we ask that you keep your phones tucked away during that time. Our photographer will capture everything, and we promise to share lots of pictures! Once the reception starts, snap away!

Question

Who do I contact with day-of questions?

Answer

Please reach out to our wedding coordinator, Lily (619-806-9216). She'll be handling all the logistics so we can focus on getting married!

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! BRICK is fully accessible, with ramps and accessible restrooms.
