When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than October 12th, 2023. Click the RSVP tab in the menu above.

When do I need to book my hotel?

Answer

We have a limited number of hotel rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Newton for guests. The deadline to book your hotel room is October 26, 2023.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you cannot attend our wedding we will miss you! Please RSVP "Will Not Attend" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 3:30 PM. A Bubbly Bar will be available upon arrival. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Byram Bus will transport guests to and from Holiday Inn Newton and Residence Inn Mt. Olive. Byram Bus departs both hotels promptly at 3:15 PM. Byram Bus will transport guests back to the Holiday Inn Newton and Residence Inn Mt. Olive at the end of the night.

If I am staying at the Holiday Inn Newton or Residence Inn Mt. Olive, should I arrive dressed and ready?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel, check in is at 3:00 PM. Byram Bus departs promptly at 3:15 PM. Please arrive at the hotel dressed and ready to go.

Can I drive myself to the venue?

Answer

Yes! You are welcome to drive your own vehicle to the venue. There is free, on-site parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire requested. (Suits and Cocktail Dresses)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited seating we ask that you only bring who is directly invited on the invitation as we are only prepared to accommodate those invited.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's child. Due to limited numbers the only children we will be able to accommodate are our nieces, nephews, and those in the bridal party.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us! Please drink responsibly.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors.
