When should I RSVP by?

ASAP! We are hoping to have everyone invited stay at Orchard Canyon Sunday night following the wedding and will provide further details on booking/alternative accommodations once we have a headcount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3PM sharp on 10.06.2024! Parking is available at Orchard Canyon for those checking in to the cabins; if you are not staying on site, please plan to park off property and ride-share. See attached Site Map to view the property/parking.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Orchard Canyon in the apple orchard on the property. Average temperatures this time of year are in the high 70's/low 80's, with lows in the low 60's/high 50's (don't forget a jacket)!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the ceremony & reception is cocktail attire (no need for a ballgown or tux). Think midi/maxi dresses for the ladies and slacks/suits for the gents- in neutral/earthy tones to match the Sedona venue (champagne, blush, taupe, sage, tan/neutral browns/grays).

Can I bring a plus one?

We are having an intimate ceremony at Orchard Canyon and therefore must limit guests to those listed on Zola/RSVP page.

Can I record the ceremony?

Answer

Please join us in an unplugged reception AKA no phones/recording; as we will have our skilled photographer and videographer document and share the footage from our special day.
