When should I book my hotel room by?
Answer
Wylder Windham is requesting all rooms associated with our wedding be booked by 2/5/2025. We have plenty of rooms of various sizes that we have to fill by 2 months prior to our wedding SO we are encouraging all who are able to stay the whole weekend with us, do so! Please be sure to mention Rachel & Colin Wedding (MEYERSLYONS) when you book.

Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Nope! One thing Colin especially wanted was all of our guests in one spot, so there's no need for transportation to & from our wedding venue. The Wylder has a block of rooms for our guests. Please book by 2/5/25 to receive the discounted rate & hang with us all weekend! If you choose to stay at another location and would like to car pool, let us know and we can try to connect you with other guests staying in a similar location. But really... stay at the Wylder with us! You won't regret it!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Um, have you met Rachel?! Seriously, please let us know if you have a special dietary request when you RSVP. We ensured they were able to provide Rachel with a Celiac-safe meal all weekend and our intention to is to provide our guests with the same care.

Will Rachel change her last name?
Answer
Rachel has been referring to herself as Rachel Jan Lyons since the day Colin asked "will you take this ring?"...so we just need it to be official!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking onsite for all of the events for our wedding weekend.

We could not have created and had the wedding of our dreams without our family and friends support. We are truly grateful for our parents support and encouragement to do what we wanted to do, our friends who listened to *mostly Rachel* dread the wedding planning process & lastly all the love we have received since we got together.
