Yes. Dinner and drinks will be served during the reception, and light appetizers will be served later in the evening.
Dinner will be buffet style, and there will be options suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know.
There will be ample parking provided on site. Please park in designated areas only for photography purposes. We understand that these are a substantial distance from the ceremony site, so we will provide a shuttle service for your convenience.
We love your children, but they are not invited. Teenagers over 16 are welcome, though exercise your own discretion.
We’ve hired professional photographers to shoot the wedding. They will provide us with plenty of photos, and we’re happy to share them with anyone who asks. Because there will be plenty of photos to go around, we politely ask that you refrain from taking them yourselves. Do not attempt to photograph or video during the ceremony, full stop. We ask that phones remain silenced or turned off and out of sight at all times during the ceremony. Should you have an emergency, please quietly step away. While there will be plenty of photos during the reception as well, we understand that you might want photos with family and friends. Feel free to take those, but please be mindful of the setting and of the privacy of others. We ask that phones remain scarce during dinner and the more formal portions of the reception.
Please bring a plus one only if your invitation specifies as much.
Formal attire. You’ll be at home in a dark suit and tie.

The closest lodging option is a Hampton Inn, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms. Please contact April with questions on that front. Otherwise, there are ample hotel options in Roanoke.
Yes, you can access our registry on this website. We appreciate any gift from the registry or any donation to our honeymoon fund—we have no preference between the two. Please feel no pressure to give a gift. We look forward to celebrating with you regardless.
As noted above, it will take some time to park and shuttle to the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive with a little extra time to accommodate the logistics, maybe around 4:00.
If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn, there will be a shuttle service to and from the venue. Please note that the shuttle service will begin making final return trips at 10 p.m., so plan accordingly. Should you choose to stay in Roanoke, there will be limited access to Uber and Lyft. You may want to consider car pooling or appointing a designated driver in advance. Please take all appropriate measures to avoid driving under the influence.
