Please feel free to book where you'd like to stay. Below are just a few recommendations. Residence Inn by Marriott Port St. Lucie is just about 10 minutes away from the venue. It is close to the interstate and also has a pool. I was able to get dates blocked out for the week of the wedding here. Hutchinson Island Plaza Hotel & Suites is right on the beach of Fort Pierce and a few miles away from the venue whereas Best Western Hotel is 2 miles away from the venue and it also has a pool.
