When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, July 24th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:00pm-3:25pm to allow time for parking, guest book photos, and seating. Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm sharp. If you arrive late, we ask that you wait until cocktail hour to join the party to prevent any ceremony interruptions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please see the "Attire" section for details on dress code. We kindly request guests to arrive in semi-formal garden party wear (avoid white or sage). Maxi/midi dresses with gentle patterns/textures encouraged Dress shirts and dress pants encouraged No shorts. No jeans. No flip flops.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation and included in the RSVP list.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception will be an 18+ event. We love your kids and encourage you to reach out to plan a date to celebrate with them at a later time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any infants or children for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking on site. Guests may leave their cars overnight with many local hotels nearby (5-10 min drive). Please plan ahead to find a responsible and safe ride home.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please see the "Parking & Hotels" section for hotel recommendations (5-10 min drive). We encourage guests to uber/lyft if they are wanting to avoid driving.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Only those in the wedding will be expected to attend the rehearsal dinner (bride/groom, officiant/coordinator, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearer, and mother/father of bride/groom).

Will food and alcohol be provided at the wedding?

Answer

During the reception, there will be a buffet with a beef and chicken option. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us ASAP. Please be mindful of the bar tab limit so everyone can enjoy then night. After the bar tab limit has been reached, drinks will be available for purchase by guests ($6-$16 per drink).

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know ASAP if a chicken of beef option does not work for you OR if you have food allergies or restrictions.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please do not feel pressured to provide a gift or to contribute to our honeymoon fund. Your presence is all we need on our wedding day. For those who wish to provide a gift or contribute, we have created a registry to browse and a honeymoon fund for our Japan trip in 2027.
