Is there transportation available?

We have made arrangements for a complimentary coach shuttle bus for our guests to/from the hotel and venue on the day of the wedding. The shuttle coach will make runs before the ceremony and after the reception. Is there parking available?

Yes, there is plentiful parking available for our guests at Heidelberg Country Club.

Where can we stay? Is ther a room block?

Answer

Rachel & Clint will be staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Reading. They have secured a room block there for your convenience, if you choose! - Please refer to the "Travel" tab for more information!

What should I wear?

Answer

Most of all, we want our guests to be comfortable as you come to celebrate with us! We may suggest cocktail/dress-causal attire, but are confident you will look great in whatever you choose. The ceremony will take place outdoors in a partially grassy area (ladies - plan your footwear accordingly!).

Is everything at the same place?

Answer

Yes! - Our ceremony and reception will be taking place at Heidelberg Country Club. The ceremony ( weather permitting) will be outdoors in a partially grassy area. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we kindly ask just you attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party & immediate family at our wedding. Thank you for understanding!
