Yes! There is plenty of parking on-site.
The venue is happy to welcome guests as early as 4:30 pm, so feel free to be early! We ask that you avoid being "fashionably late," as we only have the venue for 5 hours for our event and want to make the most of it! Rachel wants to start promptly at 5 pm, so if you're late, you'll have to endure the awkwardness of trying to find a seat during the processional.
Yes, with some caveats. There are plenty of drivers in the Fort Collins and Loveland areas; however, Laporte is slightly off the beaten path, and wait times can be a bit longer. Getting to the venue in the afternoon shouldn't be a problem. If you can, I would recommend booking your reservation home from the venue in advance to ensure you aren't waiting 10-15 minutes for your ride.
Yes! We are incorporating gluten and dairy-free options across the meal and desserts. The venue's kitchen is completely nut-free, and we will ensure the desserts are as well. All gluten-free desserts will also be vegan.
Absolutely! We only ask that you refrain from entering while Rachel and Chris are getting ready for the ceremony unless they have explicitly asked for your presence. Feel free to explore during cocktail hour or the reception!
Garden Party / Cocktail Attire Think polished, romantic, and seasonally appropriate. Suits or sport coats for men; cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women. Light fabrics, soft colors, and florals are welcome. Please avoid black-tie, formal gowns, or overly casual attire. Don't overthink it, at the end of the day, we want you to be comfortable and to enjoy yourselves!
Yes! We are working our sweet little angel into the ceremony, but she will be in the sunroom of the beautiful Victorian house for the reception. If you would like to see Riley during the reception, please find my cousin, Leah, who will be her handler for the evening and will be happy to facilitate it. She can be a skilled escape artist, and we'd like to minimize her frolicking unattended around the venue. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately, you cannot. I know this is Colorado, but the venue prohibits it. Please enjoy the open bar instead!
