Question
What time should I arrive to the wedding?
Answer
We ask that all guests please arrive to the venue and be seated between 4:30pm and 4:45pm so that our ceremony can start promptly at 5pm.

What do I wear?
Answer
Cocktail/semi-formal attire, but please wear something that you are comfortable in!
Question
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that no phones or personal cameras be used during our ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and will happily share these photos with our guests once available. Feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Is there parking at the vineyard?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the vineyard. Additionally, for those that stay at the Hotel Madison, if at least 35 room nights are booked, there will be a free shuttle to and from the vineyard.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a very specific guest list to stay within our budget. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love and adore your kids, outside of family, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
Pending the weather (please no rain!), the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place inside.

Is the Covid vaccine required?
Answer
In order for everyone to feel safe and comfortable during our wedding, we are requesting that all guests be fully vaccinated in accordance with the current CDC recommendations for Covid vaccines.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP online through this wedding website by August 15th.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please let us know of any allergies or other food accommodations (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, etc.) when you RSVP so that we can pass that information along to the chef.
