When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 4th, 2025 if possible, or let us know of any changes that may occur.

What should I wear?
Answer
Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual, for example: dresses, long sleeves, collared shirts, sweaters, dress pants, warmer layers. No jeans/sneakers ideally, but formal suit jacket and ties not required.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather dependent, the event will be fully outdoors, on the partially covered deck and nearby lawn space. Rain back up plan is utilizing the indoor lodge space. Bathrooms are located inside the building.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer

Is everything in the same location?
Answer
Yes! All events will be at the Camden Snow Bowl. Chair lift rides are to the top of Ragged Mountain, directly behind the ski lodge.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If you'd like a plus one, but did not receive one, please contact Caleb or Rachel or any appropriate family member to discuss, thanks!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

When RSVP-ing, there is a place to note any dietary restrictions, or contact Rachel to confirm requests. Thanks!

We would like to keep this 18+ if possible, but are open to discussion if needed.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be a separate, private family affair. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate everyone wanting to celebrate at this reception with us! See schedule for timeline of events for party.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, beer & wine with limited liquors. If you have requests, please make those known... or feel free to contribute something if you'd like!
