Are the ceremony & reception at the same place?

Answer

No. The ceremony will be at Hidden Oaks in Rancho Cucamonga. Cocktail hour/Reception: Begins at 5pm at California Botanic Garden in Claremont.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, however the garden at the reception is there is gravel so wear appropriate shoes for this. There will be a wooden dancefloor as well at the reception. Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors so dress accordingly & ladies put this into consideration when thinking of what shoes to wear. Heaters will be provided as well at the reception to keep us warm & cozy!

Due to the circumstances & for the respect & safety of everyone if you are not vaccinated we kindly request that you wear a mask. Thank you.😷👍🙏🏼

Is alcohol allowed at Hidden Oaks? (the ceremony)

No. Hidden Oaks does not allow alcohol of any kind on the property. At the reception however at the Botanical Garden, alcohol will be provided.

There is a tram provided at the reception. It is highly recommended that you take the tram as there are steep inclines & bit of a distance from the parking lot to the Cultivar Garden(where the party is happening!). Trams run constantly to take you to your destination as well as escort you to the nearest restroom.

Will I be able to watch it virtually?

Answer

Absolutely! This is an extremely difficult time & due to the circumstances we have provided options to watch our wedding from the comfort of your own home! If you feel uncomfortable attending due to the pandemic or are unable to attend for any reason we completely understand but hope that you'll be a part of our day even if it means from afar! 💜
