We ask that guests arrive at the ceremony by 4:40-45 to give plenty of time to park and go to the ceremony location.
When you enter the gardens, tell the gate attendant you are there for our wedding. You will be able to enter the Arboretum and park for free (in fact, you have free access to the Gardens the whole day of May 24). There is a big parking lot where guests will park in front of the guest center. Then, it is a 5 minute walk to the Sensory Gardens where the ceremony is. Guests who prefer not to make the five-minute walk may be dropped off directly at the Sensory Gardens via the access road.
The reception at the Hutton House has ample parking directly in front of the venue. Guests should head over to the Hutton House directly after the ceremony for cocktail hour.
The Arboretum Gardens and the Hutton House are approximately a 30 minutes drive from each other.
The ceremony will be outdoors at the Arboretum. Cocktail hour at the Hutton House will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. The rest of the reception will be indoors.
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. This includes mid-length dresses, floor-length dresses or pantsuits for women. For men, suits, coats, and ties are preferred.
We kindly ask that guests bring a plus one only if their name or "guest" appears alongside yours when you RSVP.
An open bar will be available for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
To ensure all guests can enjoy the food, the RSVP will include a space to note any dietary restrictions.
We kindly ask that guests bring only the children listed on their RSVP.
We’d love to celebrate with you—please be sure to RSVP by April 24 so we can plan accordingly.
If the weather is bad, both the ceremony and reception will be at the Hutton House. We will send out a text to everyone through Zola notifying you if this is necessary.
Yes, you may leave your car at the reception venue overnight. However, it must be picked up by 9am the next morning.
