FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by May 9th! We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and your timely RSVP will help us make sure everything is perfect for the big day.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception spaces are within walking distance of each other. If the weather allows (fingers crossed!), our ceremony will take place outdoors near a pond. The area is mostly grass and gravel, so we recommend wearing shoes you feel comfortable walking in. Our reception will take place indoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, from dresses to pants. It is going to be at a local Asheville brewery, so casual fits are fine. For the wedding day, think garden party and summery cocktail attire! So, anything that is springy, light, and comfortable—and don’t forget to pick something you can dance in all night!

Question

Are kids welcome at your wedding?

Answer

We adore your kids, but the wedding we are planning isn't exactly "kid-friendly". Kids are welcome to come to the welcome party, but please plan for a sitter on our wedding day, May 30th. This way, everyone can fully enjoy the celebration, dance, and have a fun, relaxed evening with us!

Question

Will transportation be provided after the ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to have a good time at our wedding. So, to make getting back to downtown Asheville easy after the celebration, we’ll have a shuttle leaving the venue at the end of the reception. Guests planning to take the shuttle should Uber or Lyft to the venue beforehand, so no cars are left behind. If you plan to use the shuttle service, please RSVP. We hope this makes it easy for everyone to celebrate safely and enjoy the night!
