We're getting married!

A dear friend of ours, Shannon Hollis, texted Rachel in January 2023 asking if she could set her up with one of her friends from church. Naturally, Rachel needed to know more information and wanted to see a photo before saying yes. The description Shannon shared about who Brian was (literally) brought Rachel to tears, and she knew instantly that he was different - set apart and the kind of man she had been waiting for and praying for! After giving Shannon permission to give Brian her number, Shannon said she'd chat with him the next time she saw him at church. At this point Brian had no idea of the set up because he was off the grid studying for an exam. Rachel waited 33 days (but who's counting!) for Shannon to talk to Brian. Brian was caught by surprise when Shannon mentioned Rachel, and he said he wanted to pray before saying yes to meeting her. One week later he reconnected with Shannon and needed more information about Rachel and why she thought they would be a good fit. After their conversation, Shannon gave Brian Rachel's number and he texted her the next day asking her out for coffee. They met at a coffee shop and went for a walk... Rachel's first impression: Wow, he is so attractive, has a good sense of humor and he laughs at my jokes. He's my husband for sure. Brian's first impression: Is she taller than me? Why is she wearing those huge sunglasses? I cant see her face. She has good style and she's really funny, but what does she look like?? Despite not seeing her face, Brian had such a good time and couldn't wait to see Rachel again. He asked her for a second date before they parted ways that day. Their next date was 5 days later and they spent 5 hours together at a restaurant called View House. That was when Brian knew he wanted to pursue Rachel and hoped she'd become his wife. They dated 2 months before officially becoming boyfriend and girlfriend, and they've shared the best memories together ever since!! The couple has spent a lot of time traveling together - From Sante Fe to Casper, Minnesota to New York, they are so excited to marry each other and start their lives together. Cheers!
