We have a hotel block at the Kimpton Claret Hotel - please follow the notes below to book. Guest Booking Instructions: • Reservation Link: Click the "View" button at the end of this screen. • Call-in Reservations: Call [1-800-KIMPTON] and reference the group name " Clark + DiPretoro Wedding Room Block" or block code " GE8". • Date Reminder: The reservation link defaults to the peak dates of Friday June 5, 2026 – Sunday June 7, 2026. If you adjust these dates, the group rate may no longer apply and standard rates may be shown. For stays outside these dates, please reach out directly to Gisele Placeres for assistance with extended bookings: gisele.placeres@clarethotel.com or 983-999-0420. • Amenity Fee Notice: The booking link will display an additional fee (e.g., "+ $37.00 Guest Amenity Fee"). This will be discounted to $15 for your group upon arrival. We are unable to remove this fee from the website, but please note that you will not be charged the full listed amount. • Booking Deadline: Please make your reservations by May 6th, 2026 to get the discounted rate and count towards our block minimum.
