Both ceremony and reception are located at The Fairfield. Address is 1510 Fairfield Ave, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The space is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Depending where you park and which door you enter from, there are stairs at one end of the building or an elevator located at the opposite end to help you get to the 3rd floor. There is a restaurant/arcade located at the first floor, and a golf simulator/bar located on the second floor. If confused or lost, please ask an employee on any floor for help.
Unfortunately due to size restrictions, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will specify if we accounted for “{Your name} + guest” or just you alone.
Similar to the question above, we are limited with the guest count. We also want you all to enjoy a night out with friends and family so the adults can have their fun! Your invite will specify if we are saving room for “The {your last name} Family” and if so, please ensure you RSVP with the correct amount of family members that will be attending. If the invite is addressed to your name specifically, then there will just be room for the names listed.

Yes! We will be having a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres followed by a served meal. There will also be an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor free of charge. (Top shelf liquor can be purchased if one chooses) Please drive responsibly <3
There are two different parking lots dedicated to The Fairfield. One is directly behind the building off of Hendricks Street. The other is located just south of the building past the train tracks.
We do not have any hotel blocks reserved for guests as we do not know how many or who would plan to stay the night in town. However there are several hotels located close by downtown or throughout Fort Wayne. The Bradley, Hilton, Hampton Inn, and Courtyard are among the ones located downtown, just a few minutes from the venue.
When you RSVP you will be led to a page where you will select which meal you would like to have during the reception. Please ensure that you do this or an option will be selected for you. There will be bread and butter at each table. All meals will be served with a Caesar salad, grilled asparagus, and cheddar mashed potatoes. The protein options will be chicken Parmesan, blackened salmon, or 6oz filet with a red wine compound butter. If you have any diet restrictions please include that with your RSVP (there will be an option to include this information).
