FAQs

Question

Are you getting married on a Monday?

Answer

Yes, 1/21 is on Martin Luther King Jr Day, so although it’s a Monday, many people have it off work/school!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! On this website you’ll find our registry where you can contribute to different aspects of the wedding and our honeymoon! We already have a lot of “things” and want to focus on these amazing experiences.

Question

Where’s the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at The Space at Feather Oaks in Tallahassee, FL. It’s a beautiful converted barn with a huge oak tree, horse stables, and grassy fields.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 21.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, just let us know when you RSVP!

Question

What should I wear for the ceremony?

Answer

This is a dress and suit jacket event, however we’ll be outside in the beautiful grassy field, so keep that in mind when choosing shoes.

Question

What if it’s too cold?

Answer

There’s heated space inside, and there will also be a bonfire outside during the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2 PM so that we can start the ceremony promptly at 2:30 PM.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite.

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Since the bride is allergic to dairy and gluten-sensitive, 90% of the options will be gluten and dairy-free (including the cake). There will also be labels for all food items. Just in case, still let us know of your dietary restrictions by November 21 so that we can make sure there is something for you!

Question

What sorts of fun can we expect during the reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of food thanks to Mission BBQ, happy hour all night, bonfire with s'mores, giant jenga/cornhole, and music!

For all the days along the way
