Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will arrive approximately 12 weeks before the wedding. Once they’re in hand, please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than May 1, 2025!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/dinner party attire (semi-formal). This is a beach wedding with an indoor dinner and cocktail, dancing reception. Shoes are optional on the beach but bring your dancing shoes!

Is there a shuttle to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We encourage all guests to take advantage of our complimentary shuttle as there is very little parking at Notos' at the Bilmar. It will be available all evening to provide transportation to and from venue for those who forget their dancing shoes! Please see the travel tab for information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking at the venue, therefore we have Affordable Limo providing a corporate shuttle to and from the venue. General parking for those not staying at the main hotel is at Trinity Health Hospital. See the travel tab for address and Shuttle details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 6:20pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms at available at a special rate at the Holiday Inn Grand Haven - code BWB. It's actually located in Spring Lake. :) Please see the travel tab for more information.

Can I bring a plus one or other guests?

Answer

This is an intimate ceremony and reception. Unless indicated on your invitation, please don't bring any extra guests.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Outside of our immediate children and grandchildren, this is an adult only event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know ASAP what it is. :)

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to accommodate out of state guests with coffee, pastry, scrambled egg style brunch at our VRBO on Monday after the wedding. Please contact me with your travel arrangements and departure times!
