Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

With our current guest and vendor list, we are at (if not slightly over) max. capacity for the venue. We love all of our family and friends, and by extension your loved ones, but only those with a designated +1 can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding, and you can reach out to us with any questions.

Question

What meals are provided through the weekend?

Answer

Dinner is provided both evenings! A light breakfast will be provided on Sunday before we leave. Trailers have small fridges so you can bring cooking supplies and snacks, and there are goodies available for purchase in the lodge. See the Sou'Wester website for ideas of yummy food in town.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Saturday: garden cocktail-- think florals, colors, suits, midi dresses, a fun jumpsuit, etc. There will be grass/gravel, so keep that in mind as you plan out your shoes :) Friday night: cute casual-- could be jeans, a sundress, a sweater (who knows what the coastal weather will bring?). Even though it's June, weather on the coast reaches a high of 65°, so bring layers!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

If you would like to gift us something for the occasion, we would prefer homemade items or a contribution to something on our registry, found here on the Registry Tab.

Question

Can I bring my dog to the wedding?

Answer

No, sorry! While the Sou'Wester is typically dog-friendly, we want to keep the focus on celebrating with all of our friends and family, therefore dogs are not invited to the wedding weekend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What else should I bring?

Answer

Pack a swimsuit for the sauna, and mosquito repellent if you have some! We will also have some available to share. You will see some rain in the forecast, so plan accordingly with layers and shoes. We will have warm and dry spaces to hang, and umbrellas for everyone.
