Question

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to take place in the Mountaintop Meadow at the top of the Gate House Chairlift. Guests will ride the chairlift to the ceremony site, where you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a truly memorable setting. For guests who may have mobility concerns, the chairlift is handicap accessible, and our venue staff will be available to assist as needed to ensure everyone is comfortable and able to enjoy the ceremony. More details will be shared closer to the day, and we’re happy to help with any questions in the meantime. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor or alternative location at the venue. Any changes will be communicated clearly, and we promise the celebration will be just as special—rain or shine.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony Start Time: 4:00pm The Gate House chairlift will open for guest access at 3:00pm. The ride to the Mountaintop Meadow ceremony site takes approximately 8 minutes. Please note that there are no restrooms or indoor facilities at the top. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend boarding the chairlift between 3:30pm and 3:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be semi-formal. We invite guests to dress up and feel their best while still being comfortable. For women, semi-formal attire may include cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or an elegant jumpsuit. Consider flats or block-style heels, as our ceremony will be in a grassy meadow! For men, a suit or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt and tie are perfect; a blazer or sport coat is encouraged. We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While transportation will not be provided, we’re happy to share that several accommodations are conveniently located nearby. The Clay Brook Hotel is just steps from the venue, and the Lodge at Lincoln Peak is approximately 0.8 miles down the access road. We hope this makes getting to and from the celebration easy and stress-free, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available for both the ceremony and reception, so no need to worry.

As much as we adore your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding celebration adults-only. We hope this gives our guests the chance to enjoy a special night out, and we’re so grateful for your understanding and support.

Can I bring a date?

We have thoughtfully planned our guest list and, due to space limitations, are only able to host those who are named on the invitation. While we wish we could include everyone, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought. Thank you so much for your understanding — it truly means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.
