We will be providing a shuttle to the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Pick-Up Location: The Chattanoogan Hotel • Boarding begins at 2:00 PM • Departure at 2:30 PM (sharp!) The shuttle will arrive at Howe Farms (The Vineyard Hall) and you will be escorted to ceremony hill via provided golf carts. Return to The Chattanoogan Hotel Shuttles: • Depart from the venue 8:00 PM • Final venue departure 10:00 PM following 9:45 PM sparkler send off
Ceremony will begin at 4pm! All guests should plan to arrive by 3:30pm at the latest to ensure you get escorted to Ceremony Hill with the provided transportation.
We'd love for friends & family to dress up with us! Dress code is cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, dressy separtes, and suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect for our celebration.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar outside on the covered patio. During the reception guests will have the option to flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Yes! Plenty of parking is available at the The Vineyard Hall lot. After arriving at the vineyard hall, you will be provided a golf cart ride to and from the parking lot to ceremony hill where the ceremony will take place.
Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless your formal invitation noted otherwise.
There will be a bar for all age appropriate guests to enjoy. You may bring cash to tip our bartenders if you wish!
We’ll have a buffet menu with several options available. If you have a serious food allergy or dietary restriction, please include it in your RSVP notes and we’ll be in touch if needed.
Plus ones are limited and by invitation only. If your RSVP allows you to add a guest, you’re welcome to do so!
