The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. We recommend our guest to start arriving at the venue at 2:45pm to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before the ceremony begins. We will have nonalcoholic drinks and snacks for our guest to enjoy before the ceremony.
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception. We thank you for understanding!
Please sit where you feel the most comfortable! On the 24th two family become one so there is no sides! If you are facing the altar the bride will be standing on the right side and the groom will be standing on the left side.
After the ceremony we will head straight to cocktail hour! There will be refreshments served and lawn, board, and video games to play while the couple finish up taking photos with their guests.
We will have an alphabetical seating chart for our guests to find their seat. Please find the Seating Chart Sign during cocktail hour.

We will have an unplugged ceremony, please don't get your phone out during this time. If you want to snap some photos before and after the ceremony with the POV app that is totally fine. But DO NOT get in our photographer's way, she has permission to knock you over 👀 Please do not post on social media until the couple makes the announcement, thank you for understanding.
We promise to share our photos with you as soon as possible. We will send a website link and password for you to download any photos you would like! If you would like to see photos guests have taken, 12 hours after the wedding please check out the POV app to see the day through our guest's eyes :)
During cocktail hour professionals photos will be open to everyone to get photos with whoever they would like! Archie and Rachel can be, but don't have to, be in these photos. We wanted to do this for our guest as a little thank you! Y'all dressed up and are surrounded by loved ones, let's capture it so you have something to look back on! We will send out a text with the wedding link so you can download your pictures after we get back our gallery :)
The most important thing to us is your presence at our wedding, it's the greatest gift we could ask for! Anything in addition is not required but is immensely appreciated! Archie and I having been living together for a couple of years and are lucky enough to already have everything we need for our home. Because of this we have decided to create a honeymoon fund instead of a traditional wedding registry for our guests wanting to gift us something. There will also be a card box the day of the wedding at the welcome table.
Please contact anyone but the bride and groom! Lisa, mother of the bride, will be able to get you some answers at (580) 461-3205.
