Is this going to be a “normal” wedding?

If you know Antonio and Rachel you know the answer to that.... NO

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?
Answer
Yes there will be a shuttle to and from the venue from the hotel that we have blocked rooms at no other hotels sorry.

What should I wear?
Answer
Please respect that this is going to be a black tie event. Nice dresses and suits only please. Please men in suits and women in dresses.

Can I wear white or even an off white?
Answer
No please respect the bride and wear a different color even if you think it’s close then it’s too close. As our theme is Harry Potter choose a house color to wear; Red, Blue, Yellow, or Green. (Don’t need to wear those exclusively)

OF COURSE. Let’s let loose and have fun.

If I need to ask a question day of about something who should I contact?

Please contact the maid of honor or the best man with questions.

Will this be indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be hosted inside.

What kind of food will be there?
Answer
We are serving 4 different entrees; chicken, steak, fish, or vegetarian.

What is the weather like in Tucson?
Answer
As it will be October it will be cooler but still warm please dress accordingly. It can get quite cool at night but still be very warm during the day.

Can I bring my pet?
Answer
Sadly we can not have pets at the wedding except for service animals. There will be a horse and a donkey there, but they are part of the wedding fun.

What if I rsvped with out a plus one and changed my mind and wanted one?
Answer
All depends on how close we are to the wedding as long as I know with in 3 weeks of the wedding all will be good. If not I’m very sorry, but the venue will already have the numbers.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
The bridal party will go off for pictures and there I’ll be drinks and finger foods available as well as a horse drawn carriage for guests to ride around.

Yes there is, it is Harry Potter.
