Yes, there is ample parking available at Lewis Ginter. If you are driving to the event, park in Lot A and look for the pineapple flag. There will be signs and staff to direct you where to go once you enter the venue.
Yes, there will be transportation provided by Richmond Limousine to and from the event. Please be mindful of the times below to ensure you make it on/off the bus. The shuttle will depart from the Graduate at 3:50pm and proceed to the Omni Hotel at 4:00pm and transport guests to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. At the end of the reception, there will be two shuttles departing. The first being at 9:30pm from Lewis Ginter and drop off at the Omni and then Graduate. It will return to the venue at the end of the event at 10:15pm to take guests back to the Omni followed by the Graduate. If you miss the bus, both hotels offer their own complimentary shuttle services that will take you directly to the venue, be mindful that this is on a first come, first serve basis.
The after party will be at the Tobacco Company, which is right across from the Omni. We suggest you take the shuttle bus to the after party at 10:15 pm.
