Our favorite spot for brunch(with bottomless mimosas!) They also have great dinner and cocktail options for later in the day.
Best bacon in Alameda
Great variety of breakfast(and lunch) options. The groom loves their breakfast burrito with chorizo, and the bride likes that and the country benedict. Some fun facts: Alex's grandfather was friend's with Jim(APD officers have been going there for quite some time), and Jim's grandson, who manages things now, is also named Alex.
The bride loves their crab cake benedict, and the groom loves their lavender latte.
The couple's favorite sushi place. It's a fun little family friendly shop featuring lots of art done by one of the chefs, and they're always playing anime movies on tv! Be sure to try a ramune soda if you've never had one!
The couple's absolute favorite spot for gourmet american cuisine. Their bacon blueberry and blue cheese burger was featured on Diners Drive-ins and Dives, but be sure to check out their current specials as well. They're always amazing. They have a second location at Rockwall Winery(right next to the wedding location) and a food truck(check online for locations)
Advertised as "the best noodles in Alameda"... and they are!
One of the couple's favorite restaurants for date night.
The couple's favorite local brewery. Check their website to see what food trucks will be there while you're in town.
Bar featuring a great rotating tap list. Not only is it right next to Scolari's -- you have have your food brought to you in the bar!
While the bride recently introduced the groom to this beer bar(he loves it btw), this one's fun fact is that it's the first place the bride hung out with the man of honor outside of work.
Great blood orange ipa!
The only bar to consistently find Pliney the Elder on tap AND get it to-go!(Luck 13 sometimes has it on tap as well). A popular hangout spot for the bride and man of honor while they were working at the machine shop.
Fully restored historic theatre. See website for more details
Great museum to check out. Fun facts: The groom volunteers here restoring aircraft, and the bride plays lead trombone in the USS Hornet Big Band.
Where Rachel and Alex spent hours talking on their first date. Nice beer selection(including their own and other rotating craft brews), along with great pizza and appetizers.
