Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Hotel Drover. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be in the barn!

What time should i arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 5:00–5:15 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is formal, Black Tie Preferred, and we kindly ask guests to dress accordingly. For men, we suggest tuxedos or dark suits, and for women, floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail attire. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, khakis, or other casual clothing.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Please refer to our wedding website when RSVPing, as any plus one invitations will be clearly indicated there.

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are several hotels located throughout the Stockyards, all within walking distance of Hotel Drover, where the wedding will take place. While we do not have a room block at Hotel Drover, we do have special rates at nearby hotels—listed on our Travel & Accommodations page. There are also additional hotel options in the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth, as well as Airbnb accommodations throughout the area.

What is the nearest airport, and what are the parking and transportation options?

Answer

The nearest airport for the wedding is Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW). For hotel options and discounted rates, please see our Travel & Accommodations page. Hotel Drover offers valet parking only, but there are plenty of paid public lots in the Stockyards if you prefer self-parking. Fort Worth also has many Uber and rideshare options, making it easy to get around throughout the weekend.
