We request that everyone RSVP via mail using the materials included in the formal invitation. Please return both the attendance card and the recipe card back to us. Even if you are not able to attend, we would love for you to fill out the recipe card to add to our wedding recipe book. Please send RSVP packets back in the mail by May 11, 2026.
For the Welcome Party, please come dressed in summer casual clothing, think sundresses and button down shirts. Feel free to wear a bathing suit under your clothing, or bring one to change into as there will be a pool party following the cocktail hour. There are private bathrooms at the pool facility to use for changing clothes. The temperature drops quite a bit when the sun goes down, so come prepared with clothes you can layer on top. For the Wedding Ceremony and Reception, cocktail to formal attire is required. Colorful women’s dresses are encouraged to pair with the mountain greenery. The ceremony will be held on grass so please plan footware accordingly.
Our wedding events are planned for adult only attendance. While your kids are special to us, we hope parents will experience an enjoyable weekend away.
The venue is accessible via driving from either the Denver or Colorado Springs area. Please note, cell reception can be spotty as you are driving through the mountains towards the venue, so be prepared with directions ahead of time. Once at the resort, maps and signage will be visible to help you navigate the different areas and pools. The Welcome Party will be held at the Infinity Pool, while the Wedding Ceremony will be held at the Meadow, followed by the Reception at the Pavillion Lawn.
Since we will be up in the mountains, the weather will be a little cooler due to the elevation. The average temperatures this time of year range from low 80s during the day to low 50s at night. Colorado weather can be a bit sporadic and change quickly, so we would recommend bringing clothing you can easily layer.
From many locations, you will be traveling to a significantly higher altitude. While Denver sits at 5,280 feet above sea level, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs is located at 8,250 feet above sea level. With being at a higher elevation and closer to the sun, your skin will burn much faster than at sea level (even if it feels cool outside)! Make sure to apply sunscreen while here. The arid climate also makes you susceptible to getting dehydrated - make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the weekend festivities!
