What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire. We'd love to see everyone ready to dance the night away in whatever makes you feel your most fabulous! We recommend keeping the heat in mind. New England summers are HOT and HUMID. Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoor/outdoor all night.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We highly recommend the Grand Summit Resort Hotel on site at Mount Snow. There will be convenient transportation to and from the wedding, as well as a wide variety of amenities. Wedding guests also receive 20% off any room rate simply by using our unique promo code! However, we totally understand a hotel room may not be your vibe! There are many smaller inns nearby if you'd prefer a more quaint stay. You can also check out Airbnb or Mount Snow Lodging to find condo/private home rental availability. Epic Passholders for the 2025-26 season can receive additional discounts through Vail.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will have multiple shuttles running from the Grand Summit Hotel to Carinthia Lodge prior to the ceremony beginning, and a return trip to the hotel at the end of the evening. Times of the shuttles will be updated soon!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot at our venue if you are driving yourself and/or your party. We prioritize the safety of all of our guests and ask that you have a designated driver if you do not plan to use the provided transportation.

Can I Bring My Kids?
Answer
Please double check the names listed on the invitation to see exactly who we have included in the guest count. We love all your little ones, but ask that non-adults who are not clearly invited stay home with a caring grown up!

Do I Get a Plus One?
Answer
Please double check the invitation to see exactly who we have included in our guest count. If you are invited with a guest, it will be clearly indicated. Any singles who are invited need not worry - we have tons of fun planned for the entire weekend!
