HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL? How do I get around town?

Answer

Taxi or uber. To get around town, most hotels and restaurants will be able to call a taxi for you on the spot and have negotiated rates to common locations.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We'll have air-conditioned shuttles to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, Martoca, which is about 10 minutes away. Buses will leave promptly at 3:15pm in the front hotel circle drive. If you miss the shuttle or would prefer to arrange your own transportation, please take a taxi or uber. If arranging your own transportation, please arrive 15 min early in order to not delay the ceremony.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to the garden for cocktail hour featuring cocktails, appetizers and live music!

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We have a limited number of guests we can host at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception unless specified on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP on your invitation by September 24. If you can not make it to the wedding, you won't hurt our feelings, please let us know ASAP and RSVP "no".

¿Podemos llevar a nuestros hijos?

Answer

Por más que apreciamos a tus pequeños, desafortunadamente no podremos recibirlos en nuestra ceremonia o recepción a menos que tu invitación indique lo contrario.

¿Puedo llevar a un acompañante?

Answer

El acceso a nuestra boda es únicamente por invitación. Solo podremos recibir a los invitados confirmados y no a personas adicionales.

¿Cómo puedo llegar hacia el lugar del evento?

Answer

Nosotros proporcionaremos transporte para invitados desde Villa La Estancia hacia Martoca, los cuales se encuentran a una distancia de aproximadamente 10 minutos. Los autobuses saldrán puntualmente a las 3:15pm frente al hotel. Si no estás a tiempo para tomar el bus o prefieres contratar el transporte por tu cuenta, puedes hacerlo a través de un taxi o Uber. Pedimos a los invitados que llegarán por su cuenta el llegar por lo menos 15 minutos antes para no retrasar la ceremonia.

En un taxi o uber. Para moverte en la ciudad, la mayoría de hoteles o restaurantes pueden pedir un taxi por ti para facilitar tu transporte.

¿Qué pasará después de la ceremonia?

Después de la ceremonia, Rachel y Raymundo se ausentarán por una hora para tomarse fotografías en los alrededores. ¡Los invitados pueden dirigirse al jardín Martoca para disfrutar de bebidas, aperitivos y música en vivo!

Pedimos recibir confirmación el 24 de Septiembre. En caso de que no puedas asistir a nuestra boda, ¡no te preocupes! Pero por favor avísanos lo antes posible.
