Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love all of your children, however, due to limited space, only children listed on the wedding invitation will be accounted for. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site. We will also be providing a shuttle bus from the Residence Inn to and from the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" section. We have room blocks reserved at the Residence Inn and La Quinta Inn in Middletown, NY.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00 PM to the ceremony venue. There will be a guest invitational prior to the ceremony, which starts at 4:30 PM sharp.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged for shuttle buses to pick-up guests from the Residence Inn and bring them to the ceremony at 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM. Buses will depart the venue at 10:15 PM.
