When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 1st please but the sooner the better!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are hoping to start the ceremony around 4:30pm so please plan on arriving around 4:00pm for ample time to start.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are leaning more cocktail for our attire. If you would like ideas on what to wear, theme, or wedding colors, please see the Attire page.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

We have planned for an indoor wedding ceremony, however, if the weather is exceptionally nice, we will move the ceremony outdoors. We would encourage non stiletto shoes, as there is a large lawn space that will have games.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be having an open beer and wine bar with two specialty cocktails. Those cocktails will be Gin n' Tonics in honor of Grandmother Donna and a "Peachy Keen" (rum, peach cordial, peach nectar, lime, pineapple)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Maxwell does have their own private parking as well as handicap parking available.

Whats on the menu?

Answer

We are having a variety of appetizers during our cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner. There will be an option of a Stuffed Chicken entree and a Bistro Filet to go with sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes. For dessert, the couple has chosen their favorite desserts, pie and Banana Pudding. If you have any allergy restrictions, we do have alternate plates to accommodate. Our main courses and sides are gluten free. If you need to kids plate, we do have those available as well. Please let us know when RSPVing so we can alert our caterers.

I'm nursing, is there a private place for me?

Answer

Of course! The bridal suite is available for any nursing mothers that wish to have a private space.
