Downtown Roswell is one of our favorite areas to go out with our local friends. Check out some of our favorite spots: Mac McGee or Loyal Tavern for a drink and lunch or if you are looking for a nicer dinner on Friday night check out Little Alley, Osteria Mattone Table and Main! Rachel and JP also enjoy Bizarre Coffee and Gracious Plenty for breakfast and Coffee if you are an early riser.
This is our version of a Findley Market or TimeOut (for our Chicago and Cincy friends). Enjoy local food and tap options. If you prefer a coffee beverage check out Land of a Thousand Hills right next door!
If the weather is nice and you are looking for something to do outside, check out the Roswell River Walk - a boardwalk on the Chattahoochee River that offers miles of flat walking trails. There is parking off of Azalea Rd. in multiple lots.
Another great option for getting outdoors if you are looking for more of a trail walk. If Mill St. parking is full, there is additional parking off of Roswell Rd.
If you are someone that enjoys history, enjoy a self guided walking tour of the historical buildings in Roswell (including our wedding venue, the first permanent residential house in Roswell built in 1839!) or check out tours of some of the main museum houses. See the link for more information.
