Question

How do I book a room at Chatham Bars Inn?

Answer

Please call Chatham Bars Inn (800)527-4884 and mention the McClain/Peoples Wedding to book a room within our block. Rooms are available in the Main Inn or in the surrounding cottages. Please note, the cottage rooms & suites each have private entrances - you do not need to book an entire cottage. Your reservation coordinator will be happy to explain in further detail.

What time can we check-in to the inn?

Answer

Check-in is typically at 4PM. We as that you take your seats by 3:45PM on Saturday, so if you would like to be in a room prior to the ceremony, we suggest booking Friday night as well. If you are unable to arrive a day earlier, an early check-in on Saturday can be requested, but is subject to room availability at that time. Please arrange with the reservation staff.

Will all the Wedding Day events be in one place?

Answer

All Wedding Day events are located on the Chatham Bars Inn Property, all within a short (outdoor) walk from each other. Please see the MAP in the Photo section! For our guests with limited mobility that can not walk between events, car service can be arranged.

For our guests that may require assistance moving around Chatham Bars Inn...

Answer

The Inn provides complimentary Lexus vehicles. If you would like to be driven door-to-door between event, please inquire with reception staff. Rides can also be arranged on-the-spot with the bellmen at the inn.

What time should we arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Because of the shorter Winter days, we will be chasing sunlight. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. Please arrive to the Boat House no later than 3:45PM.

Answer

You know we love the little ones, but we are keeping the wedding adults only.

Answer

There are 3 entrees to choose from: - Grilled Filet of Beef, Parsley-Horseradish Crust, Citrus Risotto, Asparagus, Confit Fennel, Tomato Bearnaise - Prosciutto-wrapped Monk Fish, Citrus Risotto, Asparagus, Confit Fennel, Tomato Bearnaise - Butternut Squash & Mascarpone Ravioli, Herb Buerre Blanc, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (Vegetarian)
