FAQs

Question

How do I book a room?

Answer

To book a room at either Timber Cove Resort or a nearby accommodation, please contact Matt (408)510-4688 or Rachel (408)482-3404. Reach out with any and all questions!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 26th, so we can have an accurate headcount. If you know you won't be able to make it before we open the RSVP, please let us know at 408-482-3404. We'll miss you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'll only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invite. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we've decided this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you can use this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend with us!

Question

What should I do Saturday before the ceremony?

Answer

Please see our Things to Do tab! The area is beautiful and we encourage everyone to explore the local attractions Saturday before the ceremony, and Sunday after celebrations are over.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather here varies but it should be ideal this time of year. During the day, the high should be around 70 degrees and then get a bit chilly at night (high 50s). Being on the coast, it can also be quite windy in the afternoons, so please bring some warm layers.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Timber Cove Resort has plenty of free parking for our guests.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We're hosting three separate events; the welcome reception (cocktail), the ceremony and reception (formal), and farewell brunch (casual).

Question

What kind of shoes should ladies wear for the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony takes place on a lawn and you'll need to climb some stairs, so please wear shoes you're comfortable walking (and dancing!) in like block heels or dressy sandals/flats. We recommend ladies do not wear high stiletto heels. Please reach out to Rachel if you have questions!

Question

Is it OK to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We would like all of our guests to be present, and ask that people don't have their phones out. We promise it won't be too long! There will be lots of opportunities to take photos during the big day!

Question

Who should I call with questions?

Answer

Please call or text Matt (408-510-4688) or Rachel (408-482-3404) with any questions!
