Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is the 6th October 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm to allow enough time to park, say your hellos to fellow guests and comfortably be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm in The Chapel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Go all out and dress to impress in your formal attire.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask our guests to switch their phones off for the duration of our Ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will be capturing all those special moments throughout the evening. As soon as the Ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like, we only ask you do not share any photos of us, A.K.A the bride and groom on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we love your kids, this event is strictly adults only.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In short the answer is no, we have invited our dearest friends and family to celebrate our important day. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your love and well-wishes are the most important gift of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a wishing well will be set up in The Barn for monetary gifts that will assist us as we continue our future plans together.

Parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. However if you do not wish to drive, please ensure you pre-book taxi services in advance to ensure your not left stranded at the end of the night. The venue have informed us it is hard to get a taxi on a whim and pre-booking are essential. Refer to 'Venue' section for more information.

Do we have to travel between Ceremony & Reception?

The entirety of the wedding is held at Stones of the Yarra Valley.
