To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is February 20th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. It's important that we provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner.
If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
If planning to stay for the weekend, we highly encourage guests to stay on site at Stagecoach Inn for lodging, although other lodging options are available. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking, but we do recommend utilizing a rideshare service or carpooling (see the open bar question).
Yes, the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! There will also be non-alcoholic options.
The ceremony will begin at 5pm and we recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes early, allowing for plenty of time before the start of the ceremony.
The wedding will be held outdoors at Stagecoach Inn in Salado, TX. The ceremony will be held in the indoor ballroom on property. The entire event will be held on the same property, no need to go back and forth.
Cocktail/Semi-formal attire. We'd love to see your cowboy hat, jeans, and boots or brightly colored/floral patterns! There will be a live band, so be sure to wear your dancing shoes.
Your presence at our wedding is all we could ask for and the best gift we could receive! If you do wish to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would mean the world to us. https://www.honeyfund.com/site/long-carlisle-04-11-2026
For all other questions, please feel free to reach out to Travis or Rachael personally.
