As much as we love your little ones, we request adults only for our weekend unless specifically invited.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could accommodate everyone, but unfortunately, we are at capacity with our venue, so we are unable to allow plus-ones.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please reply as soon as possible, or by January 1st, 2026. We are looking forward to you joining us on our special day! However, please keep in mind that our dream venue has limited space, which unfortunately means our guest list must be limited as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We're happy to accommodate dietary needs! Please indicate any allergies or restrictions in the RSVP section.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are held at the same location. Parking for 50-60 vehicles is located right outside the venue in the parking lots and in the designated “Lit Up” area in the field. Street parking is also available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Welcome Party: Dressy- Casual Examples: Jeans, Chic Blouses & Sweaters, Casual Dresses & Skirts, Blazers, Khakis, Polos, Button up shirts. Wedding: Formal-Cocktail attire. Examples: Suit or jacket suggested, tie/bowtie optional. A floor-length gown, cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! *Roundtrip Transportation will be provided to and from the venue on 03/21/2026 from the following hotels: -Mountain Edge Suites at Sunapee -A Hotel Inn Sunapee *Hotel details can be found under Transportation* -Bus Pick-Up from Hotels: 3:45pm -Bus Departure from Venue: *2* time options: 10:30pm & 12:00am

March weather in New Hampshire can be unpredictable, with the possibility of rain, snow or sunshine! We recommend checking the weather forecast before arriving and pack accordingly 😊 Average High: 46°F Average Low: 27°F
