Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are held at the same location. Parking for 50-60 vehicles is located right outside the venue in the parking lots and in the designated “Lit Up” area in the field. Street parking is also available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Welcome Party: Casual Examples: Jeans, Chic Blouses & Sweaters, Casual Dresses & Skirts, Blazers, Khakis, Polos, Button up shirts. Wedding: Formal-Cocktail attire. Examples: Suit or jacket suggested, tie/bowtie optional. A floor-length gown, cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! School Buses will provide Roundtrip Transportation to and from the venue on 12/06/2025. Pickup Locations: - The Mountain Edge Suites at Sunapee - A Hotel Inn Sunapee / Hideaway Inn Mt. Sunapee -Bus Pick-up from Hotels: 4:00pm -Bus Drop-off to Hotels: 10:30pm & 11:45pm *If you prefer to drive yourself, please drive responsibly*

What kind of weather can we expect in early December in New Hampshire?

Answer

December weather in New Hampshire can be unpredictable, with the possibility of rain, snow or sunshine! We recommend checking the weather forecast before arriving and pack accordingly However, you can expect cold New England winter weather, with average daytime highs around the mid-30s °F and nighttime lows dipping into the upper teens to low 20s °F There’s about a 25–30% chance of light rain or snow. Sunrise is around 7:10 AM and sunset around 4:15 PM. Winds are usually light. We recommend packing warmly in layers with a good coat, hat, gloves, and a scarf to stay comfortable while celebrating with us!

Will there be music or entertainment?

Yes! We’ll have a live band playing throughout the night—get ready to hit the dance floor! Planning to dance all night? Perfect! We’ll also have flip flops available 😊

Should I eat dinner before the welcome party?

Answer

Yes. Guests are encouraged to eat dinner before the welcome party. Appetizers will be served including: charcuterie & cheese boards, mezze platters with dips, fruits & nuts. Assorted desserts will be provided as well.

Is there an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar from 5:00–10:00 PM, followed by a cash/ CC bar from 10:00 PM–12:00 AM.
