FAQs

Question

How should we plan to dress for the occasion?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Please plan to bring a light jacket or overcoat to keep warm during the ceremony. This is also a formal event.

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately no, the transportation for guests, from their location of stay to the venue, will need to be handled by the guest. However, transportation companies, such as uber, are widely available in the area.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

The meal will be buffet, but please let the bride and groom know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Accommodations will be made to ensure that your dietary needs are met.

Question

What if I show up late for the ceremony?

Answer

In order to not disrupt the ceremony, any individual who arrives late will need to observe from inside of the venue. No guests who arrive late will be escorted to the ceremony site.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Only those listed on your invite are included in the wedding festivities. The only children included are the bride and grooms children and a select few who are in the wedding party. This is to ensure that all adults can enjoy their time, especially with alcohol consumption.

Question

What should we get the bride and groom as a gift?

Answer

The bride and groom are grateful for any gifts and appreciate the generosity. There will be a small registry to purchase gifts. However, the bride and groom welcome any monetary gifts that assist them with a honeymoon and continuing to build their life together.

Question

When are RSVP's due, and what happens if we don't RSVP on time?

Answer

The couple are required to provide the final guest list within 45 days of the wedding. This is to help with final preparations of seating charts, meals, and other important details. If guests do not RSVP by the required date, they will be unable to attend the event. The couple kindly asks that all guests RSVP by the required date on the invite. The couple will follow up with any guest who doesn't RSVP by the required time to ensure that there were no issues with invite delivery or difficulties with online registration.

Question

Tell us more about the after party!

Answer

Springhill Suites has a terrace bar that will be open for guests to convene after the wedding. The bride and groom plan to join. This will be a cash bar, but no food. However, vendors such as uber eats and doordash are available to order late night snacks.

Question

Will the wedding have an open bar?

Answer

YES!!! There are no shots allowed, but you will have a large option of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. Please make sure to tip your bartenders!
