It all began in 2014 at Pirates Voyage Dinner Show in Myrtle Beach, SC. Rachael worked in reservations, and Travis was part of the backstage tech crew. Their first interaction came thanks to Rachael’s brother, Seth, who brought Travis into the breakroom. Rachael was instantly drawn to Travis, but it wasn’t until years later that their story truly began. Fast forward to 2019 at Rachael's family's 4th of July party. Her brother, Austin who knew she had a crush on Travis, arranged to have him pick her up from work by saying she needed a ride. After the party, Travis drove Rachael home and once he dropped her off, she invited him inside for cheesecake which led to them sitting on the roof and talking until 4 in the morning. The very next day, Travis officially asked her out on their first date. They became inseparable, and it wasn’t long before they realized they were meant to be. Six months later, they moved in together where Rachael adopted Travis’ loyal Labrador pup Boomer. After 4 years packed full of adventures: surviving a pandemic, traveling the world, and truly getting to know each other, Travis proposed at a log cabin lodge in Loris... the place where they had celebrated their first anniversary. Now, they’re ready to start the next chapter of their adventure together, and they can’t wait to celebrate with you!
