Where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be in the Brookside Barn, at Rainbow Banquet Hall in Altona, NY.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be free parking available at the venue and guests may leave their cars overnight.
Question
Is there a shuttle after the wedding?
Answer
For your convenience, shuttles have been arranged to transport guests back to the Best Western Hotel after the celebration. Please note that there are no shuttles available for arrival to the venue, please arrange your own transportation to the venue—whether by car, carpool, uber, etc. Overnight parking is available for all guests if you wish to leave your vehicle overnight.

How does the shuttle back to Best Western work?
Answer
When you're ready to head back to the hotel, simply let a member of the bar staff know, and they’ll arrange your shuttle ride. Please arrange your own transportation to the venue. Shuttles are only available after the wedding.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses or a pantsuit, and gentlemen can wear suits or dress shirts with dress pants.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP. If you think there is an error in your invitation, please contact Rachael or Travis.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
Question
Will there be a bar/drinks available at the wedding?
Answer
We've arranged a cash bar at our venue where guests can purchase a variety of beverages. Please note that our venue's alcohol policy prohibits bringing outside alcohol, so all drinks will be available for purchase through our bar service.
