Rachael and Tilar met while both working at Chili's in Springfield, MO in 2021. Tilar was a cook and Rachael was a To-Go. One day Tilar threw a crouton at Rachael while he was making a salad she needed for an order. She then retaliated without hesitation and threw a piece of ice at him. This little action kindled a prank war between the two that lasted months. They were always finding a way to prank each other, and ultimately set rules. Rule #1. It must not affect orders, Rule #2. No affecting employee uniform while they were on the clock, Rule #3. Do not cause a scene in the restaurant in front of the guests. They would pull little things on each other and throughout this whole time, everyone on the staff kept telling them to date. Fun Fact, Tilar did win the war... He had the manager on duty ask her to go outside to a shed that held the To-Go supplied for help. Tiler, and silly string Rachael right after she clocked off. Unfortunately, Rachael decided to part ways with Chili's. On her very last day, she called Tilar and he met her to eat at the restaurant and all the staff were excited for them to finally get together. From there they started planning dates, and it felt like a Hallmark movie, and rest assured the pranks did not stop. It truly was a Chili's Romance, that spiraled into true love, just ask the officiant, she was able to watch it all unfold as their boss.
