Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to enjoy the venue. Guests are also encouraged to come early and enjoy a pint of Guinness or a glass of prosecco from our family's mobile tap trailer, Happy Tap! Or your preferred beverage from a cash bar in the Oak Room Tavern before the celebration begins.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We are offering complimentary shuttle service to and form the wedding venue, with pickup and drop-off at the Hilton Garden Inn Troy. The shuttle will make one trip to the venue before the ceremony, and hourly return trips from 9 PM to 1 AM.

Are Ubers or Lyfts available at the venue?

Answer

No. Rideshare services are not available in the area where the venue is located. We highly encourage guests to use the shuttle service.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 11 PM. Our after party will take place in the Oak Room Tavern (on-site) from 11 PM to 12:30 AM. Shuttle departures will be once an hour, on the hour beginning at 9 PM, with the last shuttle departing at 1 AM.

Yes! The after party will be on-site at the wedding venue in the Oak Room Tavern from 11 PM to 12:30 AM.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Only guests listed on your invitation are invited. We kindly as that you only RSVP for those whose names were included.
