We're Getting Married!!!

We met at our church Oak Grove Baptist. Neither of us were really looking for a relationship at the time but our friends had different ideas!!! It was mentioned to me by a mutual friend of ours that they had the perfect guy for me. I kept saying "No, not right now!" We kept getting invited to the same things (on purpose) and starting chatting. We spent alot of time together and I (Rachael) kept feeling my heart pushing me. I started praying and seeking God's wisdom. After several months of us being friends, prayers and friends getting us together, it happened! I took his phone on October 26, 2019 on a trip from Statesboro and updated his relationship status!! I didn't tell him right away, but the rest is history!!

We went on vacation to Tennesse! We went to Annakeesta in Gaitlinburg after a nice dinner. We walked around and looked at all the beauty. There was a beautiful spot with a heart shaped arch (that I didn't notice until I saw the pictures, lol) and he told me to look out over at something. I literally looked for a few minutes before turning around. I turned around and there he was on his knee!!! I was so surprised!! And, of course I said YES!!!!
