Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party and relatives that are traveling long distances at our reception. Please reach out to us if you feel you have a special request or need to bring them along. We would hate to miss out on celebrating with you because of a special circumstance.

There is a parking area at the reception and ushers to point you in the right direction

Transportation?

Answer

There is no transportation but if you arrive at the ceremony, the reception is on the same property. Everything is in very close proximity to each other. If you need special assistance, please let us know

Ceremony and Reception Areas

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception Area are in very close proximity to each other on the same property. The ceremony will take place on a stamped concrete floor under an open barn setting on wooden benches. If you need special accommodations that day like a regular chair, please let us know. The reception will be in a restored barn on wooden floors. Please make sure you wear appropriate shoes to be comfortable. The venue has loose gravel in the walking areas.

Hotels and AirBNB

Answer

We have a lot of family that is traveling. If you are in need of a place to stay, we have a hotel nearby with rooms blocked off for our guests. We have the hotel under the travel section of the website. Please tell them you are with the McNelis Stafford wedding. We also have plenty of AirBNB houses around the area. We are also very close to the State College area if you are flying.
