The ceremony space will open to guests at 3:30pm. Please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:55pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.
Guests will be limited to those names listed on their invitation. If you don't have a plus one listed on your invite a plus one can't be given.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be able to include them in the ceremony or reception on Friday, August 21. Our immediate nieces and nephews will be the only kids in attendance. All kids will be welcome on Saturday, August 22 at the picnic lunch.
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a polished look that is more formal than semi-formal but less restrictive than black-tie. This can include knee-length or midi-length dresses, a nice jumpsuit, skirt or a sharp suit or jacket. Cocktail attire typically avoids formal evening gowns and tuxedos and please no jeans.
Movida is a Spanish tapas restaurant and therefore we will be having Spanish tapas and paella served in courses, family style to your table. You can expect a variety of 6 different tapas and 2 different paellas.
Yes, when you RSVP you will be asked if you have any dietary restrictions. Please list them there.
There is street parking around the venue. We recommend arriving with enough time to find a spot if you plan to drive yourself and park. We do recommend taking an Uber or Lyft if you are staying downtown. Movida is under a 6 minute drive from all the hotels recommended below.

On Saturday, August 22 we will be having a Picnic Lunch from 11:30am - 3:30pm in the Picnic Area of South Shore Park. This will be an open house style so come and leave anytime you like. We will have food, soft drinks and yard games. And for anyone up for it, feel free to bring your swim suit and towel if you want to take a dip in Lake Michigan! We will be in Picnic Areas 1 & 2. If you put "South Shore Park" into your GPS it most likely will take you to the north end of the park. We are not officially registered anywhere. Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for.
