We have reserved a room block at the AC Hotel Kansas City Downtown under the name "Munroe Starr Wedding". Rooms are available for $159 per night. Please note that the breakfast buffet is not included and is available for $16 per person. The hotel is conveniently located 0.6 miles from the venue (both off Grand Blvd) and is within 2 blocks from the KC Streetcar which is a free mode of transportation throughout the city. We also recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City Downtown Crossroads for guests looking to stay as close as possible to the wedding events. While we were unable to have a reserved room block at this location, it offers excellent proximity to both the rehearsal dinner and the venue. Make sure to book early as availability seems limited for the weekend of our wedding! Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right next to a KC Street car stop, making it easy to get around downtown without needing a car.

Parking at the Venue is limited, so we recommend planning ahead. There are approximately 15 parking spots located directly next to the venue. We kindly ask to keep these reserved for guests who are elderly or need accessible parking. Additional parking is available in a shared lot across the street, but availability may be limited as another event may be taking place nearby. For convenience, we strongly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
