Question

Can I bring a date or kids?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Although we love everyone's kids, we ask you to use our wedding as an excuse to have a night out without the kiddos unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What is the "dress code"?

Answer

We hope everyone can use our wedding as an excuse to dress up! We ask our guests to wear semi-formal/dressy-casual attire. All we ask is no jeans, please!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by May 7 so we can have a finalized headcount for all of our vendors. If you are not able to attend, we will miss you, but we ask you to RSVP "Will NOT attend". If you can attend, please make sure you mark that you "Will be attending." Please let us know if you will only be able to attend either the ceremony OR reception. If you can attend both, please let us know that as well!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, so we recommend our guests arrive by 3:30pm to ensure everyone is seated on time. Our cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our AMAZING photographer, Stacy, will be with us all day to capture the special moments. We ask that all of our guests leave the photography to Stacy and have their phones put away and silenced throughout the ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during the reception!

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

We have arranged for transportation from our reception to a nearby hotel. We want everyone to enjoy their time, while also staying safe. We will have a block of hotel rooms at the Fountains Conference Center available for our guests to book if needed!

Where should I park?

Answer

Because both the ceremony and reception are taking place at Stonewolf Golf Club & Event Center, there will be plenty of parking for all of our guests. We will share parking space with the public golfers, but no need to worry about running out of space.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us! Available options will be tea, lemonade, soda, beer, wine, seltzers, and mixed drinks. We encourage everyone to tip the bartenders, as they will be busy and working hard all night!
