Bride and groom will be dressed up. We are expecting guests to be in dressy-casual/cocktail attire but we do want you to be comfortable. Golf shirts ok! With that being said, there is no bouncer at this party. You can wear whatever you want.
There is parking at the reception venue. There will also be a shuttle you can sign up for in the RSVP that is servicing the Hadley/Amherst hotels.
Yes! If you wish to use the shuttle service, we will have a shuttle running from the Hadley/Amherst hotels to the venue. You can take either bus. We understand with hotel check in times, everyone may not be ready for the earlier bus hence why we have a later bus to accommodate those individuals. If you are staying at the Howard Johnson, please walk to the comfort inn to get on the shuttle. If you signed up for the bus, but would prefer to drive yourself to the venue, you have that option. You may also leave your car overnight at the venue, and take the shuttle back to your hotel after the party. Friday night (9/23) we will be at the Hangar in Amherst at 8pm. Come meet us to kick off the weekend! After the reception, the groom wants everyone who is still down to party to meet us at PINZ. PINZ is located in the Hampshire Mall in Hadley.
Yes! The venue will allow you to camp as long as you can pack up at 8am on 9/25.
We have a buffet, a band, and some lawn games to keep you occupied. If you order a lobster, that is served.
